Our JobNexxt Services team in Sibiu also includes Anamaria Dragoș. Our chick - as she calls herself - works alongside her Master's degree as the coordinator of the member area. Among other things, she supports our accredited interim managers in maintaining and updating their profiles. In this interview, she reveals the special character trait that benefits her and her plans for the future.
Dear Anamaria, please briefly introduce yourself and your job.
Anamaria Dragoș: My name is Anamaria Dragoș. I'm the chick here, because I'm only 22. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations in 2024. Now I'm working towards my Master's degree. I'm interested in everything that has to do with professional communication. I had a semester abroad in Finland with a focus on PR and intercultural communication. And I took part in projects in Mainz and Dijon as part of my degree. One was also about intercultural communication, the other about event planning. Alongside my studies, I've been working for JobNexxt Services since 2023 - first as an assistant and now as coordinator of the member area.
How do you support our interim managers with your work?
AD: My main task is to maintain the profiles of interim managers from Deutsche Interim and Swiss Interim and keep them up to date - especially for Matchmaker, our search engine. This also involves corresponding with specialists and managers. Sometimes it's about changing a password, sometimes I support them in uploading a new photo or making changes to their profiles. I'm simply there for them if they have any questions or need practical help.
What do you particularly like about your tasks?
AD: I like to create order and structure. Because I like it clean and tidy. I always have a plan that I follow - both in my private life and at work. The fact that I can also pursue this - I'll call it a "personal passion" - professionally is of course great for me. And I really enjoy working with my colleagues here. I learn so much from the others - whether from Ada, Irina, Alexandra or Christina. This allows me to develop myself further. Learning and acquiring new skills is very important to me. And that's exactly what happens here.

A private chat from the sewing box: What do you really want to experience before you retire at some point?
AD: Well, I'm only 22, so my retirement is still a long way off for me. What I particularly like is cooking. I like cooking for my friends and spending time with them. In the future, I definitely want to travel and see as much of the world as possible. I find it exciting to meet new people, learn from them and work with them - whether in Romania, Finland, Germany, France or elsewhere. Every contact takes me further and shows me new perspectives. At the moment, I'm thinking about doing a doctorate after my Master's degree. I could well imagine teaching and working with young people later on. But one step at a time!
Dear Anamaria, thank you very much for the interview and your openness.
