A triple for Deutsche Interim AG: For the third year in a row, Focus-Business and Statista have included us on their renowned list of recommendations and awarded us a Focus seal of approval. In 2024, Deutsche Interim AG is once again one of Germany's leading personnel service providers in the interim management placement category.
Personnel service providers play a central role in a continuously expanding labor market: by providing suitable employment relationships, they act as efficient interfaces for companies and employees and offer guidance. At the same time, the number of personnel service providers is constantly increasing and they are becoming more and more differentiated. With its renowned list of recommendations, Focus-Business provides an overview of the services offered by various personnel service providers and the key sectors in which they are active. Divided into five categories, namely
- Executive Search,
- Professional Search,
- Placement of interim managers:inside,
- placement of freelancers and
- placement of temporary staff,
221 of around 4,000 service providers made it onto the final list of recommendations in 2024. Deutsche Interim AG was also recognized as a top personnel service provider in the Interim Management Placement category. "We are delighted that Focus has recognized us for the third time," says Tilo Ferrari, CEO of Deutsche Interim AG. "The list of recommendations shows that both companies and interim managers value our services."
More than 4,100 participants
For the ranking, Focus-Business and Statista contacted recruitment agencies via email and provided them with personalized survey links for participation. Carefully recruited online access panels were also used to interview recruiters and candidates. In addition, Focus drew attention to the survey via its social media channels. In total, more than 2,200 recruiters and recruitment agencies as well as 1,900 candidates took part.
Quality is crucial
While recruitment agencies were able to make recommendations, recruiters and candidates assessed the recruitment agencies available for selection based on the following criteria.

Based on the frequency of mentions and the respective ratings, Focus-Business and Statista calculated a score.
Recommendations and an above-average overall score
Only personnel service providers that achieved a minimum number of mentions and recommendations as well as an above-average overall score across all evaluation dimensions were recognized as a Top Personnel Service Provider 2024. We held our own against 4,000 competitors and achieved a triple award. We are very proud of this!
