For the second time, we have been awarded the "Top Personnel Service Provider" seal. In 2023, "Focus Business" and Statista have once again come to the same conclusion: Deutsche Interim AG is one of the leading personnel service providers in the field of interim management placement.
For the personnel service provider ranking, "Focus Business" and Statista contacted recruiters via email and provided them with personalized survey links to participate in a survey. Carefully recruited online access panels were also used to interview candidates and HR managers. The result was a longlist of around 4,000 personnel service providers in five different categories:
- Executive Search
- Professional Search
- Procurement of interim managers
- Procurement of freelancers
- Procurement of temporary staff
In total, more than 2,200 HR managers and personnel service providers and 1,900 candidates took part in the survey. Deutsche Interim AG has once again made it onto the list of top personnel service providers.

Quantitative evaluation

Quality is key
In the survey, HR managers and candidates rated the personnel service providers based on their experience with them.
The criteria for recruitment agencies were:
- Quality and selection of candidate profiles offered
- Quality of service
- Price-performance ratio
- Mediation speed
The criteria for candidates were:
- Quality and selection of positions offered
- Communication during and after the placement initiative
- Quality of service during the application process
Quantitative evaluation
Statista calculated a score from the frequencies of mentions and the respective ratings. In order to make it into the list of top providers as a personnel service provider, we had to achieve a minimum number of mentions and recommendations as well as an above-average overall score across all evaluation dimensions. And we succeeded!
