The interim manager has been working as a freelancer since 2017. Previously, she worked as HR Manager in a medium-sized company in the education sector and in several global roles in the healthcare industry.
She places internal customers (management, executives, employees) and applicants at the center of her actions and consistently aligns processes and concepts with their needs. She acts with integrity, looks for viable solutions and is valued by management as a sparring partner. She sees herself as a mentor and coach for the HR team.
As an interim manager, she loves taking on new projects and challenges and constantly learning new things. She regularly develops her methodological skills on her own initiative; she is very familiar with current HR trends.
