More about the interim manager
The HR interim manager (born in 1956) studied business administration at the University of Mannheim, majoring in human resources, organization and labour law, and graduated with a degree in business administration.
During his career, the interim manager has managed HR departments at large companies. He has also acted as commercial managing director. His successful work often focused on restructuring projects and the integration of acquired companies. He has also successfully moderated and organized the closure of production sites, for example, in an assertive and diplomatic manner and in agreement with all parties involved.
In 2011, he started his own business, initially as an executive search consultant at a medium-sized HR consultancy. He later took over the management of HR departments in various companies in the automotive supply industry as an interim HR manager.
The interim manager went into self-employment with great commitment in order to be able to bring his diverse HR experience to different companies. He is quick in his analysis, flexible in his actions and integrative in his communication.
