In 2013, TRW Body Control System GmbH, a company for operating systems in motor vehicles with a good 1,000 employees, needed a quick replacement for the HR manager who had fallen ill. The 9 employees in the HR department also included two trainers and more than 20 trainees. The first task of the project was to ensure the day-to-day running of the HR department - which was successfully achieved.
Another important part of the project brief was to replace parts of the management team. In particular, this involved serious separation management for the benefit of both sides and smoothly filling the vacant positions. The interim HR manager was able to successfully fill the management positions.
The interim manager successfully negotiated several works agreements with the works council.
