The interim manager specializes in the sustainable and market-oriented management of companies and divisions in B2B. In addition to his work as a CEO, managing director and CRO in the national and international capital goods industry (mechanical and plant engineering), his mandates as a sales officer in internationally operating organizations (large SMEs and corporations) are the focus of his mandates. The expert has been self-employed as an interim manager and consultant since 2013. During this time, he has successfully completed more than a dozen mandates. Among other things, he succeeded in increasing the volume by 230 percent and doubling the proportion of price-sliding orders. As a result, he played a key role in quadrupling the client's EBIT. As Interim Managing Director Sales and Turnaround Manager in 2020/21, he was instrumental in increasing the order volume of a medium-sized transport technology company by 30 percent. He was also able to double the number of tenders won in the supply and construction business while at the same time increasing the contribution margin.
Entrepreneurially motivated manager with an international focus
Before becoming self-employed, the interim manager was most recently the sole managing director of a technology company in the field of magnetic measurement technology and before that managing director of sales/technology at a manufacturer of special vehicles for transporting heavy loads. His career illustrates his particular passion: within a very short space of time, he worked his way up from sales assistant to sales manager at a global market leader and then to CEO of the US subsidiary.
