A new international payroll system was introduced at the company, a subsidiary of an Asian group, in close collaboration with the system provider and international HR colleagues. The interim role as HR manager included the task of reorganizing the HR department and revising the existing rules and regulations. She revised and partially redesigned the employee handbook, the forms system and the internal process organization.
One of the challenges of the project was the company structure with 64 own branches and 180 franchise partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as the international connection. At the same time, the company itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of an international group with 500 employees.
