More about the interim manager
The interim manager can look back on a large number of interim mandates as an HR manager. As an HR executive, she has both built up HR departments and supported change processes, for example as an HR business partner. It is precisely the challenging tasks with personal responsibility and creative freedom that appeal to her as a freelancer. She feels just as comfortable in large corporations as she does in medium-sized and smaller companies.
She has a goal- and solution-oriented way of working. Optimal solutions and achieving the desired results are her goals. She attaches particular importance to holistic work in HR management. In her opinion, people as employees and individuals are a company's greatest and most important asset.
She enjoys working with people. Business partners and friends appreciate her open-minded, communicative and trustworthy manner, with which she opens doors and tackles difficult situations.
