At this chemical company, one of the tasks was to support the transfer to the new group. The project involved 130 employees at 3 production sites in Germany, integrated into a globally active group with several thousand employees. At the same time, the introduction and support of a standardized accounting and time management system for the nationwide sites fell within the scope of this interim mandate.
As HR manager, the interim manager shaped the development and expansion of the HR department. In addition to supporting the employees at the 3 German locations (including regular on-site visits), advising and coaching the management were important components of the work. In the course of change management, this also included cooperation with the integration team and the international HR colleagues. The processes had to be coordinated nationally and internationally. Other important tasks included working with the works council, chairing works meetings and drafting works agreements. Contact with associations and organizations rounded off the exciting task profile.
