Marlise Stauffer is the new Managing Director of Swiss Interim

Swiss Interim GmbH, an independent premium provider for the placement of specialists and executives on a temporary basis, has appointed Marlise Stauffer as Managing Director. The experienced interim management expert has held her new position since July 1, 2023, and her core tasks will include - in addition to the operational management of the company - the further expansion of the broad pool of managers, especially for Switzerland. She will also be responsible for sales and selected interim mandates. Marlise Stauffer comes from the Swiss interim management provider GroNova, where she was a partner and member of the management board.

Experienced and competent expert

The qualified sales manager and tourism specialist with a DAS in SME management from the HSG (University of St. Gallen) knows the Swiss market from a number of professional positions. Before joining Swiss Interim, she worked as a Senior Consultant and Partner at Grass & Partner, as Sales Manager Switzerland at Global Blue and in various sales positions at Swiss and the former Swissair. During her career, Marlise Stauffer has led numerous C-level projects to success - also as a consultant and project manager. Her many years of experience, her detailed knowledge of various Swiss regions and her multilingualism now stand her in good stead as Managing Director of Swiss Interim.

"I really appreciate working with people and companies in an agile and flexible way," says Marlise Stauffer. "It's not just the new challenge itself that appeals to me. Since the beginning of the year, the number of inquiries to Swiss Interim has multiplied. The latest INIMA Annual Survey confirms the upward trend in the industry. 84 percent of Swiss interim managers surveyed expect growth to continue. Swiss companies value external specialists and managers not only for bridging personnel vacancies, but also as experienced specialists who drive projects forward in a targeted manner.
