More about the interim manager
The interim manager (born in 1966) has many years of specialist and management experience in HR management and HR development in the consumer goods, mail order, logistics and system catering sectors and provides implementation-oriented advice on all aspects of human resource management and change processes. As an HR interim manager, she has already been successful in a large number of change and HR modernization projects.
She also conducts management coaching (systemic consulting, EssenzCoaching). She also specializes in intercultural workshops for Anglo-American and Asian managers in or on their way to Germany.
Her personal strengths lie in communication and the pragmatic implementation of even complex projects. She has a humorous personality, which is one of the reasons why she quickly finds access to her business partners.
After completing her commercial training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, the interim manager studied Applied Cultural Studies at the University of Lüneburg and has an additional qualification as a certified education manager (University of Bielefeld). Her further training in systemic consulting and labor law is complemented by Green Belt certification according to Six Sigma.
