The aim of this project was to actively shape cultural and process change. ZTE Services operates the wireless network infrastructure for various major mobile network providers, including in Germany. Due to the company's start-up situation, the HR department is run by a tax and commercial law firm. In this context, the interim manager was engaged as an interim HR business partner at ZTE Services for the establishment and development of HR processes as well as management consulting.
The particular focus was on stabilizing the recruiting process and supporting managers in the change situation that has been ongoing for some time. The focus was on cooperation with colleagues from the Chinese parent company as well as the adjacent HR process areas. Under the leadership of the interim manager, the participants set up a trainee program, for example, and put communication with the works council on a constructive footing.
