More about the interim manager
The Diplom-Verwaltungswirtin (FH) is a creative HR manager with strong implementation skills. She specializes in leadership development, consulting in change processes and strategic HR management. She brings more than ten years of management experience as an HR manager and member of the executive board as well as a total of 20 years of HR management experience from international industrial and financial services companies and non-profit organizations to this work.
In 2006, she completed a five-year transactional analysis-based training course to become a systemic consultant in coaching and change management with a master's certificate from the Professio Academy. Since then, she has been working successfully as a Master Management Executive Coach (ECA) and trainer of executives.
Achieving clients' goals with head and heart
Since starting her full-time self-employment (2012), she has been advising HR managers and management on strategic HR topics and change processes. As an HR interim manager, she is always happy to fill a gap directly in the company. The interim manager supports clients in German, English and French.
Her high level of empathy is combined with business and psychological expertise. In her work, she combines head and heart - so that her clients can achieve their goals quickly!
