The reason for the interim mandate was the long-term absence of the HR Advisory team leader due to illness and the departure of a team member. At the same time as the business areas were growing significantly, the need for specialists and managers in recruitment was temporarily very high. The interim manager was therefore brought in as a "firefighter".
On this occasion, the client also took the opportunity to optimize the internal HR service processes in order to increase service speed and boost efficiency. The interim manager also supported the Head of HR in a business project and represented him in project meetings.
During the 3-month assignment as HR project manager, it was possible to fill the vacancies adequately. New tools and structures were introduced for service processes such as joining and leaving the company, including certificate management. Applicant management was also optimized to the satisfaction of the client and the teams involved.
