The interim manager bridged a vacancy as HR Business Partner Europe for a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Germany. Over a period of five months (2013/2014), she supported strategic realignment projects in sales and marketing. The responsibility covered 28 countries with five direct reports. A key part of the project was the restructuring of the compensation and benefits concept. Among other things, this involved optimizing and harmonizing the remuneration management at the European locations.
The interim manager also successfully organized global assignments of managing directors. Talent management, for which a global talent conference was prepared, was also an international focus. The area of responsibility also included steering the annual comprehensive performance management processes in the corporate sense and supporting the managers with advice and assistance.
