In total, he has successfully managed three turnarounds and eight reorganizations and restructurings in his career to date. Between 2016 and 2021 alone, the certified restructuring and turnaround consultant and Six Sigma Black Belt has managed three turnarounds in an executive position and advised on one restructuring.

His industry focus is on mechanical and plant engineering, automotive and metals.

The interim manager is proficient across the entire commercial spectrum. He has also mastered production and plant management and knows from his diverse tasks how to manage international B2B sales in a way that delivers results.
