More about the interim manager
The interim manager is a lawyer specializing in employment law and an experienced HR manager with more than 20 years of experience in human resources. As an interim manager, she takes on mandates in both global companies and SMEs.
In her person, the interim manager combines expertise in employment law with many years of experience as an HR manager. She has a broad range of specialist knowledge, particularly in the areas of employee relations and labor relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits and personnel administration as well as HR business partner.
The interim manager acquired methodological expertise in dealing with conflict situations in a master's degree (Master of Arts) at the Viadrina. In projects, she chooses a zdf-based approach (numbers+data+facts) and acts in a value-oriented manner. In precarious situations, for example when working with co-determination committees, she focuses on connecting rather than dividing perspectives.
She started her professional career in a legal department and moved to a national law firm specializing in insolvency law and corporate restructuring in 1992. The interim manager handled company liquidations independently and specialized in employment law. After six years, she moved to a global company in the semiconductor industry and was responsible for various HR functions as Manager Human Resources. After more than 15 years as an employee in HR, she decided to become a self-employed HR interim manager and HR project manager in 2014.
