More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an internationally experienced plant manager. His particular focus is on projects to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and the systematic use of lean management. The mechanical and process engineer takes on mandates for the temporary management of large production units and is also available for investment projects such as new plants or the upgrading of existing plants. He also focuses on projects aimed at saving energy and raw materials.
As an engineer with a background in the automotive industry, the interim manager's production management is strongly influenced by the relevant lean production methods. He consistently applies lean management methods and efficiently implements principles such as 5S work design and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) for the benefit of his clients. In the past, the interim manager has improved OEE and energy efficiency in the paper industry in Kreuzau, Düren, Euskirchen and Zilina (Slovakia), for example. He also set up a new site for the production of cooking and baking paper - including the complete organization of lean manufacturing and an integrated management system for food-related products. Previously, he led plants in Bonn and Barcelona to profitability in the automotive industry for rubber-metal elements.
