More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert for payroll projects in small and medium-sized companies in Switzerland. She understands the optimization of HR processes just as well as the introduction of new digital HR management systems. She has particularly extensive experience in the implementation and optimization of HR ERP systems such as Abacus. The second focus of her work is post-merger integration and the harmonization of HR processes following takeovers or acquisitions.
HR expert with extensive process and digitalization expertise
The expert has been self-employed as an interim manager for payroll and HR since 2024. Before that, she was a temporary HR Business Partner at a globally active Swiss supplier to the healthcare industry. Her time at Swiss office supplies market leader Biella Schweiz AG (2017 to 2023) included the takeover by a French group. As Head of Human Resources, she played a key role in driving the associated HR transformation with her process and digitalization expertise. The transformation and integration experience from her time as HR Business Manager at a large Swiss company for the construction and agricultural machinery trade proved to be helpful in this regard.
From these roles and her work at IKEA Switzerland, the HR specialist (Federal FA IHRM) has extensive expertise in the design and handling of payroll processes. Her expertise is particularly pronounced in the introduction and optimization of Abacus software, for example for payroll accounting, time recording and expense management.
In projects for the digital optimization of payroll and other HR processes and as a coach for managers and teams, the interim manager has been able to continuously expand her skills in the management of change processes. With this experience and her empathetic and assertive manner, she is very well placed to inspire teams and managers for new challenges and change. She therefore makes a fundamentally important contribution to the success of change processes.
