The interim manager is an internationally experienced supply chain executive with more than 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management as well as over ten years of experience in supplier management and in the procurement of direct and indirect materials in intercultural areas of tension and interest in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America.
His concepts, strategies and plans pursue the goal of sustainably increasing the profitability, competitiveness and crisis resilience of companies. His focus is on efficient, end-to-end optimized and flexible processes as well as customer orientation with the best possible quality standards and long-term alignment with corporate goals.
In his role as Supply Chain Manager, he has gained extensive experience in the restructuring and further development of SCM areas at Group and company level. He has driven forward and implemented the integration of planning, purchasing and logistics into a supply chain organization based on end-to-end optimized and standardized processes in order to increase the efficiency and agility of the supply chain.
