The interim manager is an internationally experienced entrepreneur and consultant for start-ups, joint ventures, SMEs and subsidiaries of multinational corporations. He is also an experienced crisis manager and has repeatedly successfully defined and implemented reorganization and restructuring plans. His industry focus is on the manufacturing industry, transportation and logistics.
The interim manager has many years of management expertise as a country manager, COO and CFO in corporate groups in the automotive supplier and packaging industry, in rail vehicle manufacturing, local rail passenger transport, freight transport and air freight.
The focus of his interim and consulting work lies in the implementation of corporate strategies, the development of new markets, the optimization of operational processes, the introduction of lean production, the management of large technical projects and transformation initiatives, the negotiation with banks for project financing, the development and management of large tenders and the development of supplier networks.
The business executive has been working as an interim manager and consultant since 2015. The clients of the US-Italian, who lives in Germany, benefit from his international experience.
