The interim manager offers the safeguarding, monitoring and control of all technical and infrastructural property management processes. He focuses not only on the optimization of maintenance, supply and disposal contracts, but also on the organization, monitoring and acceptance of maintenance and repair services, the coordination of recurring inspections under building regulations and insurance law and the control and acceptance of modernization and repair measures.

He is responsible for tenders, awards and invoicing of technical and infrastructural services as well as the coordination and control of external service providers.

The interim manager is also a partner for construction management, from the tendering and awarding of construction services to the organization of modernization, renovation and conversion measures. Of course, he always keeps an eye on the enforcement of warranty claims. The interim manager works closely with the commercial property management team and is also happy to act as a direct contact for tenants in all technical matters and issues. He also supports acquisition efforts in the acquisition and exploitation of real estate portfolios.

In his most recent mandate, the interim manager was responsible for the development and sale of a mobile software solution for technical property and facility management. His main task was to define the performance of such mobile digitalization for the real estate and service industry.

The interim manager is very adept at examining and questioning existing processes. Based on this analysis, he integrates new ideas into tried-and-tested procedures. His many years of professional experience are paired with an independent, efficient, committed and organized way of working as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.
