More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in project portfolio and supplier management. His consulting focus is on the management of major projects and programs as well as the selection and implementation of software. A particular focus of his work is setting up and managing project management offices (PMOs). As a certified senior project manager (IPMA Level B and IAPM), he also works as a coach for junior project managers and project teams and as a project auditor.
His specialist focus is IT: from strategy to application management. However, he has also worked on several organizational projects without an IT focus. The interim manager has a long-standing background in management consulting. Among other things, he worked at PwC for twelve years, with management responsibility as a senior manager and director.
The interim manager has an international focus. He has worked in various countries for many years. He speaks German, fluent English as well as some Czech and French.
