More about the interim manager
The Interim Manager's heart beats for production companies. He has a broad range of experience: from Pike to CEO. As an interim manager and consultant, he has been working intensively on Industry 4.0 projects since 2015, focusing on new business models as well as new technologies and - in particular - new ways of working (New Work). The interim manager has gained a deep understanding of new technologies. He likes to think in analogies and thus comes up with better solutions. He is particularly fascinated by working in an international environment.
After studying materials and energy process engineering, business studies and a doctorate in energy process engineering, the interim manager took on leading roles in mechanical engineering, building materials production (glass and ceramics) and international plant construction in energy and environmental technology. He has served as CEO, COO, CTO, CSO, supervisory board member and advisory board member.
The interim manager's cooperative management style is based on an emphatic attitude towards employees and colleagues. He supports employees in their work and is a reliable superior and colleague. He assumes that companies generally have good employees with good know-how. As a manager, he is able to unleash this potential. It is particularly important to him that everyone puts their work at the service of the customer.
