The experienced CFO and CRO has acted as an independent partner in management consultancies for reorganization and restructuring issues since 2010 and also takes on interim mandates. His particular expertise lies in the development and optimization or reorganization of commercial areas, liquidity and financing issues as well as the implementation of M&A processes and due diligence in PE-led structures. His other strengths include the development of meaningful reporting tools and professional financial communication with banks, shareholders and investors.

Before becoming self-employed, the business administration graduate spent more than 13 years as commercial director of medium-sized companies in the retail, services and consumer goods sectors. These included Tchibo Café Service GmbH Hamburg (coffee distribution in the non-household market), the European headquarters of Citizen Watch Europe GmbH in Allermöhe (watch production and distribution), one of the largest European candle manufacturers (Gies Kerzen GmbH in Glinde) and the cash-in-transit company SecurLog GmbH (formerly Heros, now Prosegur)

He is characterized by a team-oriented, cooperative and pragmatic management style and provides employees with the space in which they can develop and improve. He acts as a source of ideas and a trainer who encourages employees to work more independently and creatively. Last but not least, he sees himself as the company's business conscience and, in this sense, as a sparring partner for his management colleagues.
