More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an HR generalist who acts as an interim HR manager, HR manager or HR business partner in their projects. Whether strategic HR concepts or day-to-day operations: he quickly gets to grips with tasks and impresses with viable solutions and motivating commitment. Having worked on projects in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, the interim manager has excellent market and cultural knowledge of Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
The interim manager has proven his conceptual strength with successful change projects. He has excellent expertise in human resources information systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and Workday. His areas of expertise also include talent management, employer branding and strategic recruiting.
In interim mandates, for example, he has supported the integration of a Hamburg-based company into a Dutch group of companies and advised a client on the selection of a new global HR software solution.
After studying international business administration, the interim manager has been working in HR since 2002. In his last position, he was Senior Manager for Talent and Organizational Development at a global pharmaceutical company. His area of responsibility included Austria and 17 other countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to that, he was HR Business Partner for Central Eastern Europe (CEE) at an international bank, initially in Vienna and later also in Prague and Bratislava as part of an integration project. In Prague, the Interim Manager managed a major restructuring and integration project for an energy supplier. This included setting up a shared service center.
The interim manager has broad industry experience. These include energy supply, IT, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, offshore wind, automotive suppliers and the financial sector.
The interim manager is convinced that he can only be successful if he quickly establishes a good relationship with the client's colleagues. His working and management style is correspondingly approachable. He recognizes written and unwritten rules and processes - and changes what is in the interests of the client.
