The HR Interim Manager has been working for corporations, SMEs and young companies in the role of HR Business Partner or as HR Manager since 2011. Prior to that, she worked for more than ten years as an HR Business Partner in well-known corporations - always with strong points of contact to recruiting and consulting.

Her main areas of focus are the development of HR processes, HR consulting and recruiting. The latter primarily with a focus on candidate experience, active sourcing and employer branding.

The interim manager has expertise in corporate groups as well as experience in dealing with SMEs and young companies. She has successfully supported and managed numerous projects in many sectors over the past few years. She also has extensive experience in setting up HR in growth companies financed with venture capital.

In the recent past, the interim manager has been responsible for setting up the Human Resources department in several young companies in the role of Head of HR. In this role, she implemented HR processes, successfully managed the search for the future HR team and the Head of HR and supported the specialist departments in their day-to-day HR business.
