More about the interim manager
The fully qualified lawyer with a focus on employment law has been working as an independent HR interim manager since 2009. In addition to generalist mandates as an HR business partner, her projects focus on the digital transformation of HR departments, the analysis of HR processes, the introduction of digital HR tools and shared services organizations.
After more than 20 years in (international) HR work, the interim manager has extensive expertise in operational HR work - from payroll accounting to day-to-day business and HR business partnering. She uses her experience and further training in agile coaching and agile transformation to develop creative solutions and successfully implement projects.
The interim manager sees herself as an energetic implementer: she translates HR strategy into efficient operational HR work. She seeks and quickly establishes close contact and exchange with internal colleagues. This enables her to take into account the unwritten rules when implementing projects.
In her dealings with works councils and collective bargaining partners, she sees herself primarily in the role of a relationship manager who works together with all stakeholders to implement the joint strategy. In addition, the interim manager is characterized by her broad professional spectrum, pragmatic hands-on mentality and implementation strength paired with a high level of empathy.
