More about the interim manager
This interim manager is a sought-after expert in the transformation and digitalization of HR in medium-sized companies. In addition, she is often engaged on a temporary or project basis for day-to-day HR operations. Whether as an HR interim manager or HR business partner, as a parental leave replacement or project manager: In all these roles, the Swedish national living in Germany prefers to take on assignments or projects in an international setting where she can leverage her diverse experience, intercultural competence, and multilingual skills for the benefit of her clients. Her clients are often large foreign (matrix) organizations seeking to gain a foothold in the German market or expand their operations there.
In one of her assignments, the interim manager established a sustainable framework for talent management and workforce planning at an owner-managed engineering firm, a project set to run through December 2025. This included professionalizing specialist recruitment (engineers) as well as introducing a bonus system. In 2023, she took on a parental leave replacement role as an HR Business Partner. In this capacity, she organized a trainee program with an assessment center for an international investment bank.
HR Manager and Project Leader for the Workday Implementation
From 2020 to 2023, the interim manager led several digital transformation projects. For example, as an interim Senior HR Business Partner at the German subsidiary of a U.S. corporation, she took the lead in managing the migration of HR software from SAP to Workday – from the ramp-up phase through post-go-live user support – including negotiations with the works council. She was also responsible for another Workday implementation, including works agreements, at the German subsidiary of a Chinese conglomerate. A German automotive supplier also engaged her to lead the project for the implementation of a digital personnel file.
Since 2013, she has held numerous assignments at internationally active medium-sized companies
The HR expert and certified IHK business mediator (11/2025) has been working as an interim manager since 2013 and has successfully completed more than a dozen assignments and projects. Her clients are primarily internationally active medium-sized companies.
One of the interim manager’s particular strengths is her international perspective. The Swedish national speaks five languages fluently: German, Swedish (her native language), English, French, and Italian. Her well above-average intercultural competence is shaped, on the one hand, by her Scandinavian openness and, on the other, by her many years living abroad in England and Switzerland. In addition, clients and teams praise the interim manager’s strong communication skills and her ability to maintain clarity and empathy for those involved, even in particularly complex situations.
