More about the interim manager
On the one hand, the interim manager is an expert in the management of complex and large amounts of data. His spectrum ranges from consulting to the introduction of data management systems and the development of complete IT landscapes. He usually combines this work with his second focus: as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and certified coach for lean management, he is also an expert in operational excellence - with a particular focus on optimizing supply chain processes. He has particular industry expertise in the food and beverage industry as well as in the banking sector.
Before becoming self-employed (since 2022), the interim manager was Global Head of Transformation & Information Management at Red Bull. With the selection and introduction of new systems in data management, he was able to significantly promote the process excellence of the global beverage company. In his last position as a manager in the area of supply chain (operations), he was able to significantly increase organizational excellence by optimizing internal processes, information exchange and leadership culture. Before joining Red Bull, the Austrian advised food companies and banks as a consultant for a large German consulting firm on data management, process excellence and reorganization.
As a Master Black Belt, the interim manager has the expertise to introduce process excellence. He has built up his knowledge of data management through extensive seminars and international conferences. The manager also has expertise in the design and implementation of internal training programs and courses. He also works as a trainer for Six Sigma, change management, lean management and project management.
Thanks to his social skills, approachability towards colleagues, ability to engage in dialog, objective communication at eye level and ability to listen, he knows how to develop team spirit, motivate a team and guide them to successful solutions.
