More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in the management and sale of software-as-a-service solutions (SaaS) for trusted product content. As a manager of medium-sized, international providers of managed cloud solutions, he has many years of professional experience in B2B solution sales to large and medium enterprises, channel sales, business development, key account management, business transformation and management consultancy.
He is more familiar than almost anyone else with the globally valid identification and communication standards of GS1 (GLN, GTIN, EDI/EANCOM) and the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN). The same applies to the market of software providers for Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM).
He was jointly or solely responsible for the P&L management of market-leading providers of cloud solutions (atrify, 1WorldSync, SA2 Worldsync, SINFOS). He has successfully established global channel sales networks with leading software companies (SAP, Informatica, Stibo, Comarch, LANSA). At SA2 and 1WorldSync, he played a key role in shaping their rise to global market leader. He has founded several joint ventures and subsidiaries in Germany and abroad (Germany, Russia, Poland) and successfully "got them up and running" in the short term.
The interim manager is a passionate campaigner for customer satisfaction and service quality. As an entrepreneurial personality with a strategic-analytical mind and hands-on mentality, he "gets his horsepower on the road quickly".
He specializes in responding to complex requests for proposals (RFPs) that cannot be won with "out of the box" solutions, but require the recruitment, motivation and management of temporary teams from different areas of the company.
Thanks to his experience in M&A projects as well as in the post-merger integration of merged or acquired companies, he has a "knack" for coaching heterogeneous, cross-divisional teams in multicultural organizations (e.g. Germany, Japan, Poland, Russia, Taiwan, U.K., USA).
From his career, he brings with him an extensive network of decision-makers from international market leaders in retail, consumer goods, DIY, healthcare, e-commerce, service providers and associations (e.g. Henkel, P&G, METRO Group, Obi, Fujifilm, Alibaba, SAP, GS1 organizations).
As a convinced team player, his leadership style is based above all on trust, loyalty, integrity and "situational leadership principles". The results of his interim activities are always transparent, measurable and - carefully documented - handed over to the client's managers for successful continuation.
