More about the interim manager
Intercultural competence accounts for 80 percent of project success abroad. This is the basis of the interim manager's success when working with German investors in Poland. She is at home in both cultures. With excellent knowledge of languages, mentalities and legal systems as well as a detached view of the business practices of both sides, she has a unique wealth of experience.
Since the beginning of the economic turnaround in Poland, the graduate engineer, businesswoman and coach has accompanied transformation processes and cooperations as a consultant or interim manager. Her keen eye for the big picture and her analytical-strategic approach make her a leader and C-level manager according to compliance standards.
In her mandates, for example, she acted as CEO for a group from the packaging industry with 900 employees, three production plants and an investment volume of 50 million euros. As interim CRO, she successfully restructured a supplier in the furniture industry and realigned a supplier in the construction industry with five sales branches.
As an engineer, the interim manager has a strong affinity for technology. As a project manager and coach, she confidently applies lean management and design thinking methods. Very good knowledge of contract law, commercial processes and market conditions are further strengths.
Her strategic design and implementation of organizational development measures as well as a special passion for people in production processes ensure sustainable success as a manager. These also result from her qualities as a team player and her systemic view of the entire company and all of its processes.
