The Swiss interim manager is an expert in agile organizational and team development with a special focus on IT organizations. As a coach for corporate and leadership culture, she guides teams and companies through digital and organizational transformation processes. The MBA expert also has extensive experience in quality management in the pharmaceutical industry. The interim manager is seeking mandates as a project manager or coach for agile organizational and team development.
In her most recent project, the interim manager developed new markets, products and customers as a member of the management board for IT organizational development for a Swiss IT consulting company in business development until November 2023. Prior to this, she successfully drove forward various projects for agile organizational and cultural development at a large Swiss bank as a Senior Organizational and Cultural Transformation Consultant. The introduction of a new project management framework at a health insurance company and organizational and team development to strengthen resilience in a financial company are two of the projects she successfully led as Director of a Swiss consulting company for organizational development.

In addition to the experience she has gained in her leadership roles as a manager and consultant, the expert brings a wide range of skills to her clients. Her portfolio for agile organizational development in large companies also includes qualifications as an EFQM Assessor as well as certifications in KAIZEN, SAFe 5 Product Owner/Manager and Scrum Master. As a lecturer in communication and communication skills at the Swiss Distance-Learning University of Applied Sciences and a trained mediator, she is particularly well placed to provide communicative support for transformation and change projects: Whether as a designer and moderator of workshops, in designing interviews or in stakeholder management: she is very adept at turning people in the company into co-creators of change - and thus making a major contribution to the success of transformation projects.
