Human resources management is the common thread in his life. The HR interim and project manager is characterized by decades of HR experience as a manager and consultant. He is convinced that value-adding HR work can only be achieved through the interplay of optimized processes, IT, organization and employees. With this in mind, he has been successfully developing future-oriented HR and HR IT strategies for many years. He guides his clients through the entire process, starting with software and provider selection - using his own evaluation tools.

As a PRINCE2 Agile certified project and program manager, he focuses on complex HR IT projects for well-known corporations and SMEs. The certified change manager attaches particular importance to the use of agile methods in order to achieve a high level of acceptance and increased quality of new processes and systems.
