As a technology-driven company, the client was aware of the strategic importance of a comprehensive recruitment process. However, the current reason for the assignment was an urgent need for personnel that needed to be dealt with quickly. Social media activities were integrated more strongly into the recruiting process. The interim recruiter successfully completed all steps of the recruitment process, from taking stock of the current situation and conducting industry research to approaching the market and interviewing candidates. After selection, she also supported the integration of the selected employees into their new environment.
