This interim mandate for an international group in 2014 involved identifying, approaching and recruiting specialists and managers for the company based in northern Germany. The sales structure also needed to be organized and the recruitment program optimised.
In this context, the interim manager advised the group's management and HR department. Based on the analysis of the current situation, he developed a recruitment strategy and corresponding recommendations for action. He established recruitment via social networks and active sourcing as new approaches. This also included advice on the HR-specific content of the social media presence. The interim manager also developed an incentive program for applicants.
In the operational business, the interim recruiter successfully implemented the strategic goals. More than 15 specialists and managers were recruited for the direct sales organization. The interim manager supported the recruitment process from the initial contact and telephone interview to the assessment center and selection. At the same time, the interim recruiter was involved in selecting, evaluating and supporting regional personnel service providers.
