The international company in the healthcare sector repositioned itself. It was restructured internationally and new regions were formed as part of this restructuring. At the same time, there was a change in the company management.
The HR interim manager's task was to advise and support the management of the newly created DACH region in implementing the new structure. At the same time, the vacancies resulting from the previous year's high employee turnover were to be filled. The aim was to secure and increase the region's profitability in the year of the change.
To achieve this goal, the interim manager developed a plan together with the management and the management team. The objectives: The restructuring should not involve any fluctuation and should ensure the immediate performance of the organization. A communication concept for employees and the works councils rounded off the action plan.
Recruitment redesigned
In order to make the organization more efficient, more than 25 vacancies had to be filled within a very short space of time. To achieve this, the HR interim manager redesigned the recruitment process. As a result, the recruitment speed was significantly accelerated - also in cooperation with external partners.
The restructuring phase also included the realignment of the international corporate strategy. This included cascading the strategy to the national companies, line managers and employees. To this end, the interim manager developed and implemented workshops within a very short space of time.
