More about the interim manager

The interim manager is a business executive with extensive experience in the areas of growth initiatives, restructuring, digital transformation and international organizational development. His particular strengths lie in the accurate analysis of companies and markets - always methodically and with a focus on key figures. As General Manager, he leads large units with confidence. As an expert in sales and marketing, he makes a significant contribution to increasing sales. His extensive expertise in HR also qualifies him to link solution projects with suitable personnel measures. Thanks to his experience in management consulting, the interim manager is also well versed in setting the strategic course.

Selected mandates: In his most recent mandate at Birkenstock, he organized the group-wide introduction of SAP S4/HANA as interim PMO, among other things. As CHRO for the cooperative association, he was responsible for consolidating the entire HR management system. And at DMK Icecream, the interim manager organized the post-merger integration of Rosen Eiskrem and Glacio as CEO.

His career illustrates his passion: traditionally socialized as a consultant in international projects, he moved to the customer after 14 years in exposed line responsibility. This correlated with the assumption of P&L responsibility and strong input into sales work (B2B as well as direct to consumer) and the design of corporate structures and HR management. To this day, the interim manager is involved as a lecturer for marketing and sales as well as HR and organization.

The interim manager impresses with his engaging manner as an unbiased sparring partner. Based on in-depth analyses, he comes up with clear recommendations for action and contributes to the team's involvement and joint success with his communication skills.
