More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an experienced management consultant and interim manager with a special focus on sustainable, operational earnings growth in mechanical and plant engineering, metal and plastics processing and industry-related service providers.

The interim manager recently played a key role in restructuring a manufacturer of large gearboxes in one of his mandates as CRO. In the role of interim plant manager, he has also stabilized the operational business of a manufacturer of drive components in one of his most recent mandates.

As a proven industry expert, he systematically ensures the success of change processes that are critical to earnings and the company's existence by managing projects both holistically and strategically and by driving them hands-on in close coordination with specialists and managers on site. The interim manager acts as an innovator, communicator and caretaker. Transferring cybernetic principles to the management of companies

In his projects, the interim manager uses tried-and-tested methods and procedures. He is not only familiar with the application of standard management methods, but has also developed his own methods and process models. Since the end of the 1990s, he has applied influential cybernetic principles to the management of manufacturing companies. The Interi -Manager has published several books on his methods, which have since proven themselves in corporate practice, including DUV, Gabler/Springer and Carl-Auer.

In designing and implementing successful projects, he is helped not only by his many years of experience in industry, but also by his double degree in mechanical engineering and M. Sc. in electrical engineering as well as his doctorate.Sc. in electrical engineering as well as his doctorate in economics and his Executive MBA.

In 2021, the interim manager developed the first and only virtual management consultancy whose structure is consistently based on the principles of cybernetics.
