More about the interim manager
Profound experience in the international foreign exchange and stock market trading business, coupled with management and operational skills: the interim manager leverages value enhancement and cost reduction potential in the financial sector for his clients - with sustainable, technology- and cash flow-oriented solutions. He brings a wealth of experience from a wide range of business relationships with clients, service providers and employees. The interim manager is driven by his continuous willingness to change and his passion for excellent results.
The interim manager is just as confident in complex corporate structures as he is in medium-sized companies. He impresses management, shareholders and employees internally as well as external stakeholders. He combines strategic guidelines with hands-on implementation at the respective trading or treasury desk and thus ensures the implementation of major modernization projects. With this systematic approach and perspective, he is also able to implement business model transformations. He also performs traditional management functions.
Before becoming self-employed, the interim manager worked for the largest German asset manager as head of currency trading. During this time, he successfully built up teams and departments, introduced new trading systems and transaction cost models including KOP and was responsible for innovative products, services and client relationships.
He gained his capital market-oriented experience as a senior trader in asset and wealth management at a major international German bank. His particular focus here was on the strategic development and operational implementation, management and control of trading transactions with foreign currency exposure with responsibility for automation and sales management for international clients. He learned his tools of the trade in banking and, following his studies, in various stock exchange trading departments at Germany's largest global credit institution.
