The interim manager is an HR all-rounder for medium-sized production companies. With a hands-on mentality, she gets to work where others talk first. Whether restructuring and plant (partial) closures, HR-side support for company integrations and compensation and benefits: she brings even very complex projects to a successful conclusion with great commitment.

Restructuring: The experienced interim manager negotiates reconciliations of interests, social plans and voluntary works agreements with employee representatives and, if necessary, trade union representatives with great sensitivity. Even in the event of a fractured relationship and difficult projects, she is able to create a trusting working relationship and achieve a satisfactory result for both sides. She implements agreed measures with the utmost respect and appreciation for the employees.

Corporate integration: With an eye for the essentials and sensitivity, the interim manager analyzes HR processes, HR structures and HR systems. She develops calculations and cost comparisons and makes suggestions for best practices. She brings HR processes and systems together to ensure smooth HR operations.

She gained her experience mainly in medium-sized and international industrial companies in the automotive, mechanical engineering and aerospace sectors.
