The HR interim manager has more than 20 years of experience in operational and strategic HR management, including several years as HR manager. She is familiar with both corporate structures and medium-sized companies and speaks the language of the executive board and management as well as that of the employees. This helps her to understand both sides and find satisfactory solutions for both sides.

She not only has extensive experience in HR management, but also in HR projects, particularly with regard to complex reorganizations. She is used to working in an international environment with complex matrix organizations. She is characterized by a high level of technical and consulting expertise as well as entrepreneurial thinking.

Her approach is always implementation-oriented, pragmatic and down-to-earth. Their approach always follows the two core questions: How can the concept work in everyday life? How can we achieve the greatest possible benefit?"

She is passionate about HR. Independent and goal-oriented work is what drives and motivates her.
