More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in energy solutions in the field of renewable energies. His core competencies lie in sales, business development and project development - often in connection with electromobility and the associated infrastructure.
Due to his technical background, the interim manager is well versed in the combination of the energy sector and mechanical and plant engineering, supplemented on a project-specific basis by the challenges of the mobility transition. He often works in the area of sector coupling and in an international context (DACH, EU, worldwide).
In his most recent projects, the mechanical and industrial engineer successfully worked for one of Germany's largest energy suppliers on its realignment in line with the energy and mobility transition. In addition to the complete development of new business units, he supported their operational launch up to the handover to the business unit manager in a permanent position. He then successfully handled the necessary restructuring (organizational restructuring, process optimization) of adjacent divisions as a project manager.
Before becoming self-employed (since 2017), the interim manager worked primarily in plant construction with renewable energies. At medium-sized and listed companies such as DEUTZ AG, Caterpillar Energy Solutions, ENGIE and UNIPER, he acquired and deepened his extensive industry expertise in the areas of sales, business development and project development. In addition to these areas, it was initially technical plant services and later energy services that shaped his focus on customer-specific overall solutions.
The management style and working methods of the former competitive athlete (field hockey) are described by clients and teams as distinctly team-oriented - with consistent goal orientation and open and direct communication.
