The interim manager is an expert in supporting change processes. In particular, he specializes in preparing managers and teams for realignment, cultural change and transformation, for example, and supporting them through the change process. He places less emphasis on the processes and changes themselves, but rather on strengthening those involved individually for new challenges. Another of the interim manager's strengths is developing teams. In this way, he has repeatedly succeeded in ensuring new motivation, less fluctuation and better work results, even in difficult phases.

Special expertise through a combination of sales and coaching expertise

The interim manager combines his team, leadership and executive coaching with more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, managing director, sales and marketing manager. Since 2021, he has been running a coaching institute in Switzerland with a focus on new leadership and emotion management as a component of modern leadership.

In his most recent mandate at a medium-sized German pharmaceutical manufacturer, he used workshops and individual training sessions to intensively prepare managers for the challenges associated with a cultural change at the company and thus made a significant contribution to the successful increase in efficiency aimed at with the cultural change and the managers were able to turn their teams into motivated shapers of the change processes. In addition, the interim manager has repeatedly accompanied entrepreneurs and managers from mostly medium-sized companies as an executive coach through professional change processes.

Before becoming self-employed, the interim manager was most recently a member of the extended management board at a leading Swiss trading company for building materials and construction materials, managing director and business unit director at a leading Swiss supplier of coating and composite materials as well as sales and marketing manager at medium-sized, internationally active companies.
