More about the interim manager
The interim manager (born 1967) has been working as a freelance consultant since 2001. Since 2010, he has accompanied company takeovers as a senior consultant and project manager and actively supports companies in restructuring and reorganization as an external interim manager.
The interim manager has extensive experience as a technology and strategy consultant - both in a line function and as a project manager for innovation and outsourcing. Most recently, he has repeatedly driven transformations and changes in international corporations and large medium-sized companies in the energy industry and the manufacture of energy generation plants (photovoltaics) by taking on management assignments to develop and refine organizational structures and processes.
