More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an expert in the restructuring and reorganization of technically oriented medium-sized companies, particularly in mechanical and plant engineering. Thanks to his comprehensive business management expertise from management consulting and his technical understanding, the doctor of engineering has repeatedly successfully led companies out of crisis. As a former co-owner of an investment company, he also offers clients comprehensive expertise in the development of business models, corporate financing and the management of transactions and investments. The expert seeks mandates as managing director and C-level executive of medium-sized technology and engineering companies. He is also available to SMEs as a consultant in restructuring and transaction processes.

Expertise as a consultant, entrepreneur and engineer

Before becoming a self-employed interim manager (since 2023), the expert was a managing director and partner in an investment company. Among other things, he managed a medium-sized German mechanical engineering company that the investment company had previously acquired. As Chairman of the Management Board, he made a significant contribution to making the company fit for the future and increasing turnover from 13 to 20 million euros. He also led another investment, another mechanical engineering company, out of the crisis and increased turnover by 50 percent to nine million euros within three years.

The interim manager's approach is characterized by his experience as an entrepreneur and consultant as well as his engineering training. With his modern, communicative management style, he is able to motivate, develop and support managers and employees to achieve common goals. He does not limit himself to merely developing strategies and concepts, but provides intensive support during implementation - with personal operational commitment as well as coaching managers and teams
