More about the interim manager
The interim manager has a degree in mechanical engineering and, in the role of CTO or Head of Development, assumes responsibility for bridging vacancies, restructuring and the strategic realignment of a development department. As a project manager, he manages development projects, both internally for strategy development, efficiency enhancement, methodology expansion, innovation management and the development of new technologies, as well as externally, for example for product development on behalf of customers, preferably in an international context.
The experience and expertise for this is based on over 20 years as a manager and project manager at a leading international development service provider in the automotive industry. In his roles as Head of Development in Germany and Japan, he got to know all manufacturers in the automotive sector and is familiar with their working methods in development. A further focus of his work was the development of stationary machines for power generation (flow and piston machines). His tasks also included restructuring a test field and setting up and commissioning a new development center in Japan.
The interim manager is characterized by the fact that he combines outstanding engineering expertise with very good leadership skills, even in larger management spans. He is adept at communicating with employees in development, in the workshop and in management functions, as well as with external customers. He is characterized by commitment and openness. International experience and the ability to work in six languages round off his profile.
