More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an internationally experienced procurement manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. With his sustainable strategies and concepts, he ensures robust and flexible purchasing that makes a contribution to results even in crisis situations. His areas of focus include mandates and projects ranging from cost savings and supplier management to the international reorganization of purchasing, preferably in the automotive sector.

With his broad-based expert knowledge, the interim manager supports companies in acute purchasing emergencies as well as in the transformation of purchasing organizations. He offers many years of specialist and management experience. His expertise extends beyond modern standards in direct and indirect purchasing. His strengths include, in particular, recognizing and leveraging unused potential. He has a keen eye for process fluctuations, prevention in the project business, automation of processes, cost-saving projects and restructuring.

The interim manager has repeatedly managed SAP projects. At Köbo, he was involved in the introduction of SAP as a key user, introduced calculation processes, implemented automatic orders, developed reports and organized mass changes. At the automotive supplier Kostal, he set up a risk management system in project management that was even well received by the OEMs. At Kostal, the interim manager also initiated a catalog system as part of the digitalization process. As Managing Director of Rego Herlitzius, he led the Wuppertal-based company for bakery and catering machinery from impending insolvency to profitable growth.

In addition to his technical training, the interim manager has in-depth analytical skills. His quick comprehension and rapid development of suitable strategies lead to sustainable implementation with resilient results. With his high level of social skills and tact, he brings people together as a leader who can then achieve great things as a powerful team.
