The interim manager is an internationally experienced executive for product management and strategic marketing. Whether innovation management, product management from analysis to concept to go-to-market, strategic product management, internationalization, digital transformation and change management: she has many years of experience and proven success in actively building and expanding leading market positions.
After studying business administration at the Georg August University in Göttingen, she worked in product management for several years before moving into management positions. Since 2016, she has been working as a freelance interim and project manager in the development of international technology markets such as medical technology, new mobility and process technology such as printed electronics and IoT. In this context, she has managed and developed sales partners in Asia for many years.
Her current projects are mostly focused on digitalization, both in product development and marketing. Change and transformation processes therefore characterize her work.
